Editorial Policy

Owned by Zion Rokah, founder, Loans.net Network Ltd · Last reviewed 15 September 2026

This page sets out how content on Loans.net is researched, checked, dated and corrected. It applies to every page on the site. If we break one of these rules, we want to hear about it at info@loans.net.

Who is responsible for the content

Zion Rokah, founder of Loans.net Network Ltd, reviews the loan content on this site and is the person accountable for it. Pages carry his name and the date of the last review. We do not publish under invented author names, and we do not describe anyone here as a financial adviser, because we are not one.

What we use as a source

We work from primary sources and name them on the page, with the date we read them:

We do not cite other comparison sites as evidence for a number. If we cannot find a figure in a primary source, we leave it out rather than round it off from somewhere else.

How often pages are re-checked

Any page that quotes a rate shows a review date. When we re-check a page, we read the underlying source again, update the figure if it has moved, and change the date. If the date on a page looks old to you, treat the number on it as old, and tell us so we can get to it sooner.

Pages that explain how a product works rather than what it costs are reviewed at least once a year, and sooner if the rules change.

How advertising is kept separate from content

Loans.net is paid by a lender only when a reader chooses that lender and a loan is disbursed. That is set out in full on our about page and in the FAQ.

Three rules follow from it:

What we will not publish

Corrections

Email info@loans.net with the page and what is wrong on it. If you are right, we change the page, update the review date, and add a line at the foot of it saying what changed and when. We do not quietly edit a figure and leave the old date in place.

If your complaint is about a lender rather than about this site, the CFPB takes complaints directly at consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
