Before you contact Loans.net

Many questions already have an answer on our FAQ page, including how the soft credit check works and what happens after you send a loan request. Checking there first is usually the quickest way to an answer.

Questions about a lender or an offer

Loans.net is not a lender. When you send a request, it goes to our network of lenders. Their systems review it automatically, and a lender that can work with you contacts you directly. That lender sets the rate, fees and repayment terms, so questions about a specific offer are best sent to them. Loans.net itself does not make sales calls.

If you have a problem with a lender that you can’t sort out with them, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
